I am a Zimbabwean trained registered nurse who is currently residing permanently in South Africa. I have experience working in both countries mentioned above. I have rendered my services in different Healthcare facilities and settings such as public hospitals,community health care centers,clinics and private hospitals. My duties to mention just but a few included Doing doctor's routine ward rounds and carrying out orders thereafter. Administration of medication per their prescriptions. Assessing,monitoring and formulating daily nursing care plans according to patients's conditions. Assisting them with activities of daily living such as bathing,grooming,bedmaking,feeding and elimination.I also assisted them with some exercises and educated them about their conditions and personal hygiene.
