Introduction
Patients with health care deficit I assist them with activities of daily living such as bathing,grooming,bedmaking,feeding and elimination. I also assist with medication administration. Those with wound,I do daily dressings asceptically. I assess their conditions and monitor their vital signs consulting their doctors or referring them to hospitals where necessary. I health educate both the patients and family members on personal hygiene and their conditions. When in pain,in addition of the prescribed pain killers,I also provide some pain divergences such as reading magazines and books,storytelling or watch movies. I always assist with some exercises according to their conditions.
