Family's Introduction to Nanny

We live in Barcelona, Castelldefels, Spain.
We have two girls aged 4 and 7 years old and we are looking for a live-in nanny and occasional domestic helper (there is more staff working in the house). We do really care of the quality of the time that the nanny spends with our daughters and we want someone creative and self-dependent :) we offer the salary of 1800 EUR monthly, seguridad social, all the benefits. The working hours are irregular, we do travel frequently. References and papers in Spain essential.
Could you please tell me something more about your educational background? And your experience as a live-in nanny?
