I worked with my Chinese employer's family of 5 in Hong Kong for 4 years. Part of my daily routines were babysitting, cooking, organizing activities, helping with homework, bath time, and bedtime. I love working with children because it gives me joy. I don't have a driver's license yet, but I am willing to get one if needed.
I love bonding with the children and being part of their development. Engaging in educational play and watching children reach new milestones is incredibly fulfilling.
I consider my ability to connect with kids to be my most important babysitting quality. I use my creativity to develop fun and engaging activities to help their development. Since 2020, I have been teaching English to my Chinese, Japanese, and Korean students as part of my job as an ESL teacher. This experience has been very helpful for me to easily adapt to the new environment and the new people I have to work with, especially kids.
I worked as a call center agent for a year, and the communication skills that I also learned will be useful.
I love dancing, singing, and acting, which I can share with my future host family's kids, especially when it's play time.
