In my country, there is a famous saying "Tak kenal maka tak sayang" which means we need to get to know something or someone first to care about it.

So, to start, Hi! pleasure to e-meet you! I'm Anita. I'm originally from Indonesia, the home to stunning islands such as Bali and Lombok and I'm currently residing in its capital city, Jakarta with my family.

Bahasa Indonesia is my native language, however I'm fluent in English and am currently taking introductory course in German through Duolingo.

Being the firstborn child in the family to two busy parents, taking care of my baby brother has been a fun responsibility that I cherish deeply. My passion for nurturing extends beyond family boundaries. I've also ventured into private tutoring back when I was in school, teaching kindergarten and elementary children.

With over seven years in retail and commercial roles, including my recent stint as an e-commerce manager, I've thrived in diverse environments, collaborating with individuals from various backgrounds. While my professional journey has been challenging yet rewarding, I'm eager to embark on a new chapter and explore European culture and languages. The prospect of becoming an au pair sounds like the perfect opportunity to immerse myself in the local culture firsthand while helping people by offering my support and care to my host family at the same time.
