I’ve acquired working experience as a Team/Campaign Manager, Sales/Account Manager, Hiring Manager and Training Specialist, Email/Chat/SMS support, Telecommunication Sales and Administrative Assistant.

During that time, I’ve gradually built a strong foundation of knowledge regarding the various tasks and duties. For instance, I’m well familiar with Salesforce CRM, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and other office management software, data entry, digital platform and other clerical tasks that might have developed a suite of efficiency tools to keep an office organized and on-the-job.

My journey helped me to improve my organizational skills and has provided me with extensive knowledge. I also worked as an Executive Virtual Assistant where my client is based in Corona, California and in different call center companies as a back-office, chat support agent and email support in a digital platform, where I further cultivate my useful customer service abilities while handling disgruntled customers. Working there, I strive to maintain high standards for effectiveness, precision, dependability, and attendance. I am a flexible team player and can adapt to the different situations that can occur and handle any additional assigned tasks.
