In my previous role as a personal assistant, I supported an executive by managing their calendar and scheduling appointments. I also handled travel arrangements, prepared reports, and ensured smooth communication between the executive and other team members. One of my major accomplishments was streamlining the filing system, which significantly improved efficiency.
My diploma in Office Administration has given me the right skills needed to have in such a role. Organization and Efficiency comes in very handy in the Personal Assistant Role.
In addition, I also have a diploma in Information Technology which gives me the right skills in technology.
