I graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science with Second Class honours upper division and scored a mean grade of A- in my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with A in mathematics and B in English.I am computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft suite together with programming languages and Statistical tools not limited to R, C++, SPSS, STATA and NLS.
I have over 2 years prior work experience in a professional setup as a Business Development Officer and Front Office working hand in hand with the member care department . I am well able to answer customers questions, reply to emails and phone calls and manage social media platforms.
