I'm Joan, a 25-year-old from Lusaka, Zambia. As the firstborn of six, I've had the privilege of helping raise my younger siblings, including my 5 and 13-year-old brothers and sisters, whom I still care for. My experience as a certified healthcare assistant in the children's ward of a hospital has further deepened my passion for childcare. Currently, I work as a front desk manager, but my true calling is to care for children and be part of a loving family like yours.
In addition to my professional experience, I've also gained valuable childcare experience through my volunteer work as a "Big Sister" in my free time, accumulating over 200 hours of caring for young children. This experience has taught me patience, creativity, and the importance of creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
