Hello I am Valentina, I am adopted, and a taekwondo athlete who has taught taekwondo and the tenets of taekwondo which include "respect, indomitable spirit, and self-control" to kids of all ages. I compete internationally with hopes of competing in the 2028 Olympics one day. So I am looking to work with a family who understands that I may be gone for a few days from time to time now and then to compete in these competitions. I am looking for a live-in job on the East Coast since there are very good training programs so I can achieve my goal of competing in the Olympics. With that being said my schedule is pretty open except for the times I have to train which are typically later in the evening. In my free time early in the morning and mid-afternoon, I work in the before and after-school programs for the Gilbert Public Schools. where I am occasionally one-on-one with children who may have special needs or even anger issues. I lead the activities, teach art projects, help with homework, prepare snacks, and much more. I very much enjoy working with kids of all ages they help me to remember to keep dreaming and to use my imagination. I also don't mind working wound animals because I grew up around dogs since my father is in a wheelchair. I am a quick learner and I always give 100% into everything I do.
