I use GreatAuPair every year to find a summer nanny for my kids - the caliber of the candidates is excellent and I love that I can search based on my actual needs. I have choices and can pick the best candidate for the job. We get to enjoy a new family member for the summer, my kids get quality childcare and we can provide a different experience for a young woman from a different part of the country. It's a win win.
