Dear family,
My name is Jorien. I am an 18 years old woman who's looking for a fulltime job, away from home to gain life experience before I start at university.
Although I'm young, I am a responsible person and a motivated worker. I've worked at a grocery store since I was 16 years old, charity work at the library during the weekend and during summer you could find me out on the field picking blueberries. I also have been babysitting since I was 12, mainly for my cousins (2 and 5 then, 8 and 11 now). I love working with children, It brings me so much joy organizing games for them but also just to watch how they live in their own little world.
About myself, I would say I am a very trustworthy and responsible person. I have a caring nature and am patient when working with people. I am also a bit of a creative person. My hobbies include reading, creative writing, playing the violin and knitting. I also love music and watching movies.
I'm not so much of a big speaker, I start off being quite withdrawn and I won't talk a lot at first but I can listen very well. Me being a bit quiet is also one of the reasons why I enjoy working with children because I find them easier to entertain and have a conversation with than adults sometimes.
