| What is a Service Token? |
Service tokens are purchased then used to redeem reports. A unique token is required for each Background Check type and for Personality Analysis Reports. If you are a family and you purchased a background check, a token ID was provided to you in your purchase receipt. You may use tokens to obtain background checks for any eligible aupair or nanny. Service tokens are valid for 120 days from purchase.
Simply visit the Service Token Redemption section at any time to use your tokens to order a report. Or if you need to purchase background checks or personality analysis reports, you may visit the Membership Services section.
Once you order a report with a token, that token is expired and cannot be used again. The report is ordered and will be delivered to you via email within 3-5 business days (U.S. reports) from the time GreatAupair receives a signed release authorization form from the subject, and usually within 14 business days for international reports.
