Dear host family, My name is Ying. I am from China and I am 23 years old. I consider myself as a diligent, honest, intelligent and flexible person. I am respectful, easy-going and very optimistic. Even when I come across ups and downs in my life, I never stop smiling. I always have a lot of energy so seems like I am never tired. I am also cheerful, humorous and affectionate – that is why all kids are enjoying spending time with me. My teachers said that I am warm-heart, popular among children, creative and experienced in organizing activities. I am respectful, trustworthy and loyal, so I will never let you down. I enjoy spending my time with children. I would love to play with them for example: dancing, singing, playing baseball, volleyball and basketball. As you see I love sports, and my favorite one is swimming. I also like dancing. I was a dancer in my university. Modern and Chinese traditional dance are my favorite styles. I like admiring art and visiting museums. Lately I visited American Museum of Natural history. I had so much fun with kids when we were doing paper cutting and paper folding. When I was in my last host family, I used to study geography maps with children. That was so much fun and kids really enjoy it. If you like Chinese food I would love to cook for you and your children. My friends and my family love the food which I am cooking. Also I would love to learn how to cook your favorite meals. I used to cook for kids when I was a babysitter in China. I was taking care of 2 years old girl. Except babysitting I have a lot of different experiences. I was an English and dance tutor in 2007 in my hometown. I used to be a kindergarten teacher in the period of March 2008 – December 2008 which proves my childcare references. In February 2008 I was an English teacher assistant in New Oriental English School, which is very famous in China. And I have been an au pair since the end of June 2009 until November 2009. I took care of two 5 and half years old twins boy and one 7 months baby. This summer I was a tutor in extracurricular school. I was teaching there Chinese and singing. I am looking for a good family. I will do my best to help them and take care of their children.
