Nanny's Message to Families

My Name is Kate. I am looking for a job that can work with my work schedule. (I work another job, however if better hours/pay becomes available, I will push back my hours there). I am in search of a fun and energetic family with kids who don’t want to sit around all day watching tv. (There are much better things to do with our time!) When I’m with kids I love doing activities outside (biking, going to parks, making our own slip-n-slide, etc), reading, and easy cooking. My hobbies are reading anything I can get my hands onto, swimming, arts and crafts, and listening to music. I’ve asked people what they would describe me as and here is what they came up with: fun, reliable, quiet at first, trustworthy, responsible, caring. Truthfully, I have never had a formal nannying job. I have spend several years baby-sitting though, and was a Sunday School Teacher for 5th grade at my church.
