Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, Hello! My name is Kate and I am currently a student at University of Iowa in USA. I have been studying social work studies for the last couple of years and am now looking for a change of pace! I have been working with children as long as a can remember and have always enjoyed doing so. I have spent time working as a assistant teacher in two different preschool as well as have nannied for a couple of families. I am extremely flexible with anything you can throw at me! I can work around; schedules, time of stay, rules, expectations, guidelines. I can only imagine how stressful it would be to find someone to care for your child but i can say with extreme confidence that i have simply adored every child I have worked with and would be so delighted to be a nanny abroad! I am looking for a family that would need to hire someone around the beginning of May 2010 when my spring semester of classes is finished. My length of stay is still unsure but would be happy to commit to a year or more of care. Thanks so much for reading my message and hopefully I can find a family that i can care for and love!
