As a Paid Member, how do I contact the Au Pairs, Nannies and Babysitters?

In order to contact nannies, au pairs babysitters and other caregiver candidates, you must be signed in with your email address and your password so that our system can recognize you as a Paid Member.

Sign in at the top right of any page or, click here: My account

1. Click the "Hire" tab or use the FastMatch link under the My Account tab to find candidates.
2. When you're viewing candidates from a results list, click on the yellow envelope icon below any candidate photo to send a direct message, or
3. When viewing a candidate profile, either click on the Send Email link above the profile photo, or
4. From the Contact Information section of the profile, click on the Send Email button to send a direct, privacy-controlled message to any candidate.
5. You may also call candidates directly by phone if they have provided a phone number in their profile.
