Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family : I´m a young, single and experienced au pair that can´t wait to know you, that is willing to help you to take care of the most important thing in your life : your children. When I was 15 years old I used to babysit my nephews and nieces. Later I started babysitting my little neighbors. I realized that it was an excellent way to make money by doing something I really like : I love kids and they love me! I know everything about taking good care of children. The practical things as : change diapers, wash clothes, bathe, play with them and be responsible of them during the time that the parents are away at work. I can cook very delicious and healthy food. Also giving the extra ingredient (last but not least relevant) that is a very sincere interest in being part of a little kid´s life and see how it become in an excellent human being. I´d like to study also in my free time, to improve my english (it is good but I would like it to be better). I´d really liked to become an english teacher some day and I believe that the only way to learn a language is by "living it" : staying in the country where is spoken, knowing the culture, the people, etc. My hobbies include taking long walks along the city, visiting museums, listening to music, reading articles related to history, psychology, etc. I also like to dance and meet new people (I feel interest in knowing persons from others countries). I think that kids need all the patience to develop their abilities, I like to play with them, to assist with their homework and all the necessary to make them feel good and loved. I took piano lessons when I was a little girl, I can tell about the good influence of art in my life and I feel that if more people were incouraged to learn about music, read books while they are kids this would make a big difference in the way they will see the world because you have developed your sensitivity, your intelligence. I think that is why I want to be a teacher (by the way, I could give spanish lessons if they are required). If you want to know more details about me I will be glad to answer your questions.
